Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 04/06/2025

At Cloud Nine Wellness, our goal is to provide a peaceful, safe, and professional experience for all guests. Please take a moment to read through our terms and policies before booking your session.

Prices & Special Offers

We aim to keep all pricing and website content as accurate as possible.

  • Special offers may change without notice.
  • To benefit from an offer, it must be live on our website at the time of booking.
  • Offers cannot be retrospectively applied.

Cancellations, Amendments & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, rescheduling, or amendments to your booking.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Fees will be taken from any deposit paid, or the card on file.
  • Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before future bookings can be made.

If we are able to refill the appointment slot, we’ll happily apply the fee to your rescheduled session or issue a refund.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their session without contacting us beforehand will lose any deposits, vouchers, or float credits attached to that booking.

Late Arrivals

To maintain a calm and seamless experience for all guests:

  • New clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to float.
  • Returning clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will also be unable to float.
  • Late arrivals will be treated as a missed appointment and are non-refundable.

Age Policy

  • The minimum age for floatation sessions is 16 years old.
  • We may request valid ID to confirm age if necessary.

General Restrictions

Your comfort and safety are our priority. Please note the following:

  • Alcohol & substances: Do not float under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances.
  • Medical conditions: Floating is not suitable for individuals with incontinence, serious heart conditions, epilepsy, or chronic kidney disease.
  • Mobility restrictions: Due to the physical nature of entering/exiting the pods, flotation may not be suitable for those with certain disabilities. Please contact us in advance to discuss individual needs.
  • Menstruation: For hygiene reasons, we advise against floating during menstruation.
  • Hair dye: If your hair dye runs when wet (e.g. under the shower), we cannot permit you to float, as it compromises the water quality.

We aim for every experience at Cloud Nine to be exceptional. If you have any concerns:

  • Speak with our team at reception or email us directly.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
